We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

This workshop is live online via Zoom. A recording will also be available to registrants to view at their convenience.

Many of us help care for others in our personal and professional lives. Some of us care for children or elderly parents. Pastors care for congregants, nurses care for patients, teachers care for students. These caring relationships can be a source of great joy, but also a source of stress and feelings of burnout.

This workshop is for you if you provide support or care for others in any capacity, whether professional, personal, or through volunteer roles. You will learn skills to help prevent burnout, including how to discern your boundaries, effectively and kindly communicate those boundaries, recognize signs of caregiver burnout, and use mindful self-compassion practices to stay centered. We will also talk about how to recover from burnout in caregiving roles.

Dr. Lesley Huff, holds a Doctorate of Psychology with a specialization in Family and Marriage Therapy. She is a licensed psychologist and a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. She leads the Change Through Compassion program at the Samaritan Center and routinely facilitates trainings on boundaries for those in ministry.

All sales are non-refundable.
