PRC’s Toolkit Series is a catalog of Funding, Financial, and Organizational Leadership workshops that focus on building skills and capacity in organizations so that they can more efficiently fulfill their missions. This series has been designed with a whole range of participants in mind: whether you’re faith-based or secular; coordinating volunteers or employing staff; whether you’re just starting out and considering nonprofit status or if you’ve been operating for years and it’s time for succession planning.
These workshops will help any CBO or nonprofit find firmer ground administratively and communicate with stakeholders and potential donors more effectively. Because these classes are offered by PRC, and sponsored by the Lancaster County Community Foundation, you know that you aren’t just gaining new skills, but receiving information that is tailored to our context, here in Lancaster County.
We are grateful to the Lancaster County Community Foundation for underwriting our Toolkit Series of workshops. Their support makes it possible for organizations to learn from experts to build internal, organizational capacity at a reasonable rate that small and emerging organizations can afford.
