Employment at PRC

Programming Lead

The full-time Programming Lead works closely with other staff to successfully implement PRC’s education programming. This position will also be at the forefront of the burgeoning Legal Services aspect of PRC’s work.

PRC’s many tracks of activity often overlap or ebb and flow, so staff members must be responsible and thorough in their areas of focus, without being territorial. As a small organization, each staff person covers a range of duties, and tasks are routinely handed back and forth as the seasonal work shifts. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, have a sharp attention to detail, and enjoy tracking multiple projects in varying stages of completion.

Much of PRC’s work is relationship-based, with partner organizations, member churches, and clients, so the Programming Lead must have excellent customer service skills. A successful candidate will thrive in and positively contribute to PRC’s highly collaborative work environment. Some administrative tasks (15-20% of time) are required. Occasional evening and weekend hours required.

PRC offers competitive wages and benefits (including paid time off, medical insurance, and employer contributions to retirement). To apply, please send a resume and cover letter to jobs@parishresourcecenter.org.
