This workshop is live online via Zoom. A recording will also be available to registrants to view at their convenience.
We are constantly working through difficult situations and the resulting emotions in our families, volunteer work, and workplaces. Learn from our panel of experts about how they build and maintain their personal and professional resilience, to help you find your own resilience and hope. Situations discussed will include:
- switching the “job” on and off;
- not being frozen by overwhelming situations;
- handling disappointment, frustration, and hurt that may arise in relationships with others;
- accepting when others make choices you don’t agree with.
