Are you feeling overwhelmed – by the global pandemic, racism, social unrest, or divisive political system? You are not alone. We may choose unhealthy coping strategies like numbing ourselves or trying to ignore the issue entirely. Acknowledging and dwelling with the pain and uncertainty takes wisdom, kindness, and space. Learn to find your center without blocking out the stress and uncertainty around and within you.
The uncertainty is taking a toll on our health; learn to recognize the impact of stress on your body, mind, and heart. Practice how to respond with more openness, which can help you better align your thoughts and actions with your values. The ability to remain grounded while still seeing, acknowledging, and experiencing pain and uncertainty benefits individuals and society as a whole.
