Knowing how to navigate the basics in technology and software make our personal and professional lives better. Gmail has become the standard in free email software, especially as older providers pose greater and greater security risks. Whether you already use Gmail, or if you want to transition, join us. This course will patiently walk you through the basic controls and functions of Gmail, explain the strengths and weaknesses, and increase your confidence with using this email software.
Participants will learn to work more efficiently with:
- Labels
- Inbox settings
- Filters
- Email templates
- Contact groups
- Task lists
- Scheduling emails, and more!
We will address how to setup an account and transfer to Gmail from other email accounts as well.
A Gmail account is not necessary to join the webinar; you will watch Rhoda walk through an existing Gmail account. Use the recorded version of the webinar later to work through it on your own. Appreciate the powerful technology available at your fingertips!
