We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

When was the last time you saw a big box office hit, and walked away saying “I learned something new about my faith?” It’s easy to just see movies as fun or entertainment but they also connect with us because they tell the great stories of humanity, and faith – those of love, friendship, betrayal, and hope. Find signs of faith in everyday life, in the stories of real and fictional people.

Whether you’ve joined us to hear Penn talk about movies before or not, this new and updated workshop by one of PRC’s frequent, popular presenters is sure to be full of laughter and insight. Join us to take an in-depth look at how popular movies affect our faith and how our faith affects movies in today’s world. Learn to spot signs of faith, hope, and love around you in everyday life, including on your next trip to your friendly, neighborhood multiplex.

This workshop is also a great idea for youth and anyone who works with youth. Use pop culture to start discussions about faith.
